Gemma Soul has been teaching yoga for over 12 years. She is Psycle's Head of Yoga, a sports massager therapist, a student physiotherapist, pre and post natal specialist and has her own retreat business alongside having been an ambassador of the iconic lululemon Regent St. Now a Mum to two young boys, yoga means more than ever.

Initially a professional Actress, having trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London, Gemma's love of movement sparked through her Drama training, and passion for fitness, health & wellness, led her to train as a Yoga Teacher whilst away living in Australia. 

A passionate yoga teacher, Gemma has trained in multiple disciplines and with some of the world's most notable teachers. Loving the creativity from Vinyasa, the fun and power from Rocket and the depth of yin, Gemma's classes will always be an immersive journey, full of energy, with upbeat atmospheric music that will leave you with a sense of joy and empowerment. Believing in the truly transformative powers of yoga through her own personal experience, Gemma is driven to share the journey yoga can take you on, Gemma will always be an advocate to get you on the mat, no matter what your starting point.

Tom Wilson-Leonard, an internationally acclaimed Yoga Teacher and Level 3 Personal Trainer, brings over 7 years of experience to his unique approach to yoga. He's not just a fitness instructor; he's a holistic well-being guide, emphasising that yoga is a practice, not a performance, a source of nourishment, and a brave space for personal and spiritual growth. His sessions are characterised by a strong focus on alignment, integrating somatics, mindfulness practices, breath-work, and meditation to provide a profound mind-body connection. Tom's extensive knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and yoga, coupled with his lifelong journey with the body, makes his teachings a transformative experience.

Tom's expertise extends beyond yoga, encompassing photography and videography. His creative pursuits complement his physical practices, underscoring his dedication to holistic wellness. Tom is signed to W Model Management's fitness roster and conducts 1:1 sessions in various London locations. He's also invited to teach yoga and fitness internationally, customising sessions for retreats around the world. His extraordinary journey from early gymnastics training to becoming a stunt double and eventually transitioning to yoga and fitness, paints a unique story of resilience, growth, and self-discovery.

As a testament to his commitment to continuous growth, Tom completed his 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, in 2016, covering Hatha and Ashtanga. He has also undertaken advanced training with renowned instructor Dylan Werner, further enhancing his expertise in yoga. His remarkable journey, starting at the age of 4, is a testament to his deep connection with the body and movement, making him a prominent figure in the realm of holistic well-being and fitness. Tom's career is not just about teaching but guiding individuals to discover the beauty of yoga, self-awareness, and the potential for transformation through mindful movement and self-care.

Felipe Gonzalez

Felipe Gonzalez came to the practice in 2006 when he first moved to New York City. In 2014, he took the leap of faith and completed his 200 hour teacher training at Laughing Lotus, NYC. His devotion to music, movement, story telling, and spirituality are embedded in all of his classes. Using the techniques of mythology, mantra, yogic philosophy, asana, and Katonah Yoga® theory, he guides practitioners through an experience of breath, vibration, movement, and reflection. Felipe is a 500 hour ERYT and Katonah Yoga® teacher based in New York City. He is a founding teacher at The Joyful Liberation Collective, a community lead organization uplifting marginalized voices and a Legacy Ambassador for lululemon. Felipe leads workshops, retreats, and trainings internationally. Drawn to the disciplines of Vinyasa, Bhakti Yoga and Katonah Yoga® theory, he devotes his practice and teaching with an artist’s soul and a healer’s heart.
